Detailed Unit Description
Full-Automatic Foil Stamping System
Adopts the latest technology: 20 independently controlled temperature zones, with 3 longitudinal / 2 lateral foil shafts (standard). The vertical foil stamping device is placed inside the machine for easy operation. Heating zones are controlled by enclosed temperature control, with automatic zone temperature regulation to prevent foil sticking when the machine stops.
Longitudinal Foil Feeding Shaft
Longitudinal lower foil feeding shaft is placed outside the machine, making foil change operations quicker and more convenient.
Foil Collection Shaft
Equipped with anti-wrinkle device and wave-absorbing device to keep foils flat and smooth.
Japan Servo Motor Drive System
Uses Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and German original Voith control system, with famous-brand Japanese hitech and ANHON drivers. Fully automatic invisible/reflection-free foil skipping, positioning accuracy up to 0.011 mm.
Remote Assist Control System
Once connected to the network, engineers can perform remote-assist control to solve after-sales problems quickly.
Fast Foil / Die Plate Changeover
Foil and die plate changeover without stopping the machine — greatly improving productivity.
Reinforced Frame
Reinforced wallboard strength up to 1200T. The embossing unit has upper and lower limit switches, ensuring safe and accurate positioning on high and low positions.
20-Zone Temperature Control System
Independent temperature control for each of the 20 temperature zones with automatic PID precision heating, ensuring stable and even temperature control and fast response — enabling more complex electrified aluminum foil effects.
