Fully Automatic Deep Press Die Cutting Machine
The YC-1060ED is a fully automatic deep press die cutting machine built for luxury packaging, greeting cards and premium cartons. A 900 T working pressure and 800 T design pressure allow embossing depths up to 1.2 mm in one pass, with 12 independently controlled heating zones keeping the die at a stable temperature. The stripping unit and 7500 sheets/h production speed make it a complete deep-embossing line rather than a secondary operation.

The YC-1060ED die cutting grey board under high pressure, with the control panel reading 5,043 sheets/hour during production. Thick, dense board needs real tonnage — the ED press delivers it without sacrificing speed, so grey board and laminated stock are cut cleanly instead of crushed.
For deep embossing, the same press carries an embossing depth of up to 1.2 mm — deep enough for the sculpted, three-dimensional relief used on premium toy, electronics and gift packaging. The board leaves the press with the relief fully formed and no spring-back, so the raised detail survives folding, gluing and carton forming.
