Fully Automatic Flatbed Die Cutting & Creasing Machine
The YC-1050 / YC-1080 are fully automatic flatbed die cutting and creasing machines for folding cartons and paper boxes. Feeding, die cutting and delivery are automated end to end, with a more digitalised gripper bar chain for smoother running and consistent cutting accuracy. Both models share the 350 T press and 7500 sheets/h speed, differing in maximum sheet size: 1050×750 mm and 1080×780 mm.

YC-1080 — 128 gsm Thin Paper at 5,600 Sheets/h

Thin paper is where most die cutters lose speed: the sheet lifts, curls and misfeeds. Here the YC-1080 runs 128 gsm stock with the control panel reading 5,600 sheets/h — feeder, front register, die cutting and creasing, then sheet delivery, all stable. If your work is light board, paperboard or thin printed sheets, this is the configuration to ask about.
