Automatic Window Patching Machine
The TC-760G / 1100G / 1250G automatic window patching machine applies a transparent film window to folding cartons in one continuous pass: paper feeding, positioning, gluing, film application and paper collection. The whole machine platform is built on 30 mm thickened steel wall panels machined in a single setup, and the glue coating and film laminating rollers are turned on high-precision CNC lathes. Servo paper feeding, servo film cutting and an inflatable film shaft deliver consistent window position at speeds up to 20,000 sheets per hour, making it the standard choice for toy, cosmetic, food and tissue box production.

Detailed Unit Description
HMI + PLC Digital Control
Touch screen with PLC host computer digitally sets film length, counting and machine parameters — no mechanical adjustment needed when changing jobs.
Servo Paper Feeder
Pure imported wear-resistant belts driven by a high-performance servo motor keep sheet output stable at high speed, eliminating double and empty sheets.
Precise Push Gauge Positioning
Imported NBR rubber conveying wheels avoid indentations, scratches and tearing. Malaysian high-toughness belts and photoelectric tracing keep feeding accurate.
Pull-Out Gluing Unit
The rubber roller pulls out for easy glue cleaning. Gluing can be limited to the window area, sheets are detected during running, and the roller rises/falls automatically.
Hob Double-Shear Film Cutting (Patented)
Servo-controlled twin rotating rollers shear the film to an exact length. Film position can be adjusted front/back/left/right without stopping, with quick, noiseless knife changes.
Non-Stop Film Roll Adjustment
The full film roll mounts on the film shaft with left/right adjustment while running. Inflatable shaft and tapered sleeves are optional.
Tissue Box CAM Cutting (Optional)
A CAM structure intermittently cuts film for boxes that need an opening, such as tissue boxes — selected according to product.
Independent Paper Collection
The receiving platform is driven by its own micro-servo motor: platform angle, lift/lower, speed and product count are all set from the panel.
