Luxury packaging — rigid boxes for spirits and cosmetics, premium gift cartons, laminated boxes with embossed logos — lives or dies on the finish. Deep-pressed foil with sharp edges and consistent depth is what separates a premium box from an ordinary one.
Our FED deep-press series is built exactly for this: up to 1000 T pressing force, 16–20 independently controlled heating zones, and deep-press embossing up to 3D depth on board and up to 7 mm on corrugated. Each foil path runs on its own servo with feed and rewind synchronised to the machine cycle — verified on the YC-1060FED with 6 foil rolls stamping in sync.
The 1450FH/FED adds a 1450×1050 mm format for larger rigid-box panels, with Japanese servo foil feeding for long foil rolls and complex multi-zone designs.
After stamping and die cutting, the YC-920C/1080C waste stripping machine removes all waste cleanly so sheets arrive at the folding/gluing station ready to use — important on dark premium board where scratches and leftovers cost money.
