Corrugated packaging — shipping boxes, display boxes, pizza boxes, fruit and e-commerce cartons — needs a machine that cuts thick, warp-prone board cleanly at speed. Our flatbed machines handle corrugated board from 1 mm micro-flute up to 7 mm double-wall.
For e-commerce and express boxes, the AL series (1300/1500/1700AL) with lead-edge feeder is the industry standard: it grips the leading edge of the sheet, feeds reliably even on slightly warped board. For large-format corrugated with automatic waste removal, the CS series below runs full stripping inline.
The CS series (1500CS/1700CS) covers large-format corrugated with heavy-duty frames and servo feeders for continuous production. For plants that also run card and laminated board, the YC-1300/1500/1700AF series is a versatile card + corrugated platform (1300×950 to 1700×1200 mm) with stripping — even slightly warped sheets run without problems.
For short runs and startups, the S series semi-automatic machines offer manual feeding with automatic die cutting at a fraction of the investment.
